Who makes Reppr
Reppr is a workout log made by BergBuilds (Denmark). This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app.
What the app stores, and where
- Your workouts (exercises, sets, weights, reps, times), your routines and programs, exercises you add yourself, body check-ins (weight, measurements) and your settings (body weight, sex for the strength levels, first name if you enter one, rest time, reminder times). All of this is saved only in the app's storage on your phone.
- If you import a file from Hevy or Strong, Reppr reads your workouts from that file. The file stays where it is.
What leaves your phone
Nothing, unless you choose to send it:
- Share makes a picture of a workout or program and hands it to your phone's share menu.
- Save a backup makes one file with your Reppr data and hands it to your phone's share menu (for example to save it in your own cloud storage). Where it goes is up to you.
- Send to Nibblr / Send to Arcmode (other BergBuilds apps) pass a short summary of a workout to that app on your phone: its name, date, duration, volume, number of sets and an estimated calorie burn. When Arcmode asks Reppr for your workouts, Reppr answers with the same summary for each workout, plus your best muscle rank. This happens directly between the apps on your phone; nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
- Health Connect (if you turn it on in Profile): finished workouts are written to Android's Health Connect on your phone (type, start and end time, and an estimated calorie burn), so apps you allow there, like Samsung Health or Google Fit, can show them. Reppr doesn't read anything from Health Connect. You can turn it off in Reppr or remove the access in Health Connect at any time.
Permissions
- Notifications: for the rest timer and for gym reminders you turn on yourself. They're scheduled on the phone; no server is involved.
- Alarms & reminders (exact alarms): so the rest timer rings on time with the phone locked.
- Vibration: for the rest timer.
- Health Connect write access (exercise and active calories): only if you turn it on.
Deleting your data
Deleting a workout removes it. Uninstalling Reppr, or clearing its storage in your phone's settings, deletes everything. Backup files you saved yourself are yours to delete.
Children
Reppr is not directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Does Reppr collect data about me?
No. The app collects no personal data, and nothing leaves your phone unless you share, save a backup or turn on Health Connect yourself.
Do I need an account?
No. Reppr has no account and no sign-in.
