Privacy policy for Arcmode

Arcmode doesn't collect any personal data. There's no account, no ads and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

Last updated 9 October 2026.

Who makes Arcmode

Arcmode is a habit tracker made by BergBuilds (Denmark). This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app.

What the app stores, and where

Your habits, your daily ticks, your arc's dates and name, your reminder times and your first name if you enter one. All of this is saved only in the app's storage on your phone.

Reppr and Nibblr

If you connect Reppr or Nibblr (other BergBuilds apps), they pass a short summary to Arcmode on your phone: for each workout its date, name, duration, volume and number of sets; for each day of food the calories, protein, their goals, the number of logged items and a vitamin score. This happens directly between the apps on your phone. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. If you import a Nibblr backup file, Arcmode reads the same kind of summary from that file. The file stays where it is.

What leaves your phone

Nothing, unless you choose to share. When you tap Share, Arcmode makes a picture of your progress and hands it to your phone's share menu; where it goes from there is up to you.

Permissions

Notifications: only for the reminders you turn on yourself (a morning nudge and an evening reminder). They're scheduled on the phone; no server is involved.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting Reppr or Nibblr in Arcmode removes the data they sent. Uninstalling Arcmode, or clearing its storage in your phone's settings, deletes everything.

Children

Arcmode is made for adults (18 and over). It is not directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
